These values guide our entrepreneurial actions, the way we work, the way we collaborate with our customers and business partners and ultimately our entire corporate culture.

We accompany our customers into the digital future with enthusiasm and are the IT service provider our business partners can rely on.

However, behind CANCOM are more than 4,000 creative people who work together internationally as a team and strive to find the best IT solutions for our customers. These people and our shared values are therefore our navigation compass, guiding everything we do and making CANCOM into what it is.

Our employees are the foundation of our success.

With our development program GROW – Get Ready for Opportunities at Work – we provide targeted and individual support for all employees. We support the development of our employees through active learning in their day-to-day work. Depending on the position and area of responsibility, we prepare our employees for new challenges and ensure that our teams continue to develop through targeted support in order to stay one step ahead of the dynamic developments in the IT industry.

ONE LEARNING MODEL

We deeply integrate training into our work processes. To this end, our learning model relies on 70% learning in a professional context, 20% social learning and 10% learning in training programs.

TWO APPROACHES

We provide training using two approaches:
1. Development programs for taking on changed tasks in the future
2. Position-related training for expanding competencies in existing fields of activity

We link our training activities. The Human Resources department works hand in hand with the respective specialist units and with the business units in the regions.

Satisfied employees as the key to sustainable corporate development

With our wide range of benefits and active promotion, we want to retain satisfied and dedicated employees at CANCOM. We monitor the success of our measures once a year with an employee satisfaction survey. In this way, we collect concrete feedback and suggestions on working conditions, further training, corporate identification and culture.
